Pianbé-Loazzolo d.o.c. It attained the d.o.c. certification in 1992. Very rare wine, it is produced with Moscato grapes exclusively at Loazzolo by few producers (10/12 hectares on the whole), with a yield of 27.5 hl/hectar. The grape vintage occurs late, to obtain a very good sugar content. It is withered for about 2 months, on cane racks and then manually selected. The must is aged for 2 years, of which at least one in "barriques", then it is bottled. Great wine for desserts, very good with very matured cheeses, ideal for the Robiola di Roccaverano. It is a meditation wine, to be tasted in very special moments. Approximate characteristics: minimum alcohol 11.5% vol. total acidity 5 gr./lt. Residual sugars 150 gr./lt. Bottled in: 37.5 cl. Renana |
