Obtained from Cortese and Chardonnay grapes manually collected the last decade of September. Soft straw yellow colour with light perlage and vivacity. Intense, fruity, floral scent with smell of crust of bread. Savoury, harmonic and soft taste. It well suits rich horse-d’oeuvres and savoury fried fish.
